Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nutra Prezz, we take pride in the quality of our supplements. However, we understand that issues can arise. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our support team immediately at [support@nutraprezz.com/ +91 86681 23539] with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, we cannot cancel the order. In such cases, the order will be treated as a return (if eligible) after it reaches you.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (health supplements and nutraceuticals), we maintain a strict hygiene policy.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, the seal broken, or used. We also do not accept returns based on personal preference (e.g., "I didn't like the flavor").
Eligible Returns: You are eligible for a free replacement or refund ONLY if:
The product delivered is expired.
The product delivered is physically damaged or leaked.
You received a different product than what you ordered.
3. How to Request a Return
To report a damaged or wrong product, follow these steps:
Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Email us at support@nutraprezz.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Note: An unboxing video is highly recommended to speed up the claim process.
Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and invoices intact.
4. Refund Process
Verification: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it (usually within 2 business days).
Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund.
Method:
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source (Credit Card/UPI/Bank) within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your bank details, and the amount will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS.
